    Yep. That’s good stuff. I guess that’s why cross training is good too. Works different muscles and forces your body to adapt in different ways. I guess mine has a long way to adapt before it gets up to marathon quality. Hopefully it will burn lots of fat doing it.

    Oh, and I hope you froze off a body part today :-)

    Nope, nothing froze off. A few things got cold and froze a bit, especially at the outset running out into the wind, but I was fine by the time I got home and anything that was cold warmed up within 10 or 15 minutes of being inside. Heheh.
